[Machine] One of the sons of Al-Abbas narrated to me, either Fadl or Abdullah. He said, "I used to be beside the Prophet ﷺ when a man came and said, 'Indeed, my father or mother passed away.' Yahya, the narrator, assumed that he said, 'My father passed away, and he did not perform Hajj. So if I carry out Hajj on his behalf while riding on a camel, it will not be valid. And if I do it while walking, I am not capable of doing so. Should I perform Hajj on his behalf?' I, the narrator said, 'Were you responsible for any debt he left behind?' The man said, 'Yes.' I, the narrator said, 'Then perform Hajj on his behalf.'"

[Machine] I was a companion of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. A man came to him and said, "Indeed, my father is an elderly man and unable to perform Hajj. And when I mount him on a camel, he cannot stay on it. And if I tie him tightly on it, he cannot hold on. " The Prophet asked him, "Have you ever owed anyone?" The man replied, "Yes." The Prophet said, "Perform Hajj on behalf of your father." Abu Abdur-Rahman disagreed with him, saying it was narrated from Al-Fadl ibn Abbas.
