[Machine] Two men disputed, and the oath was cast upon one of them. He swore by Allah, who has no deity except Him, that he had no right in it. Then Gabriel came down and said, "Advise him to give him his right, for the truth is with him and he is a liar. The expiation for breaking his oath is his knowledge of Allah, that there is no deity except Him, or his testimony that there is no deity except Him."

[Machine] Two men disputed in front of the Prophet ﷺ , and the oath fell upon one of them. He swore by Allah, who there is no deity except Him, that he did not possess anything from it (meaning the thing in dispute). The angel Gabriel ﷺ descended upon the Prophet ﷺ and said, "He is lying, as he does possess the right of it." Then, the Prophet ﷺ ordered him to give him his right and to offer the expiation for breaking the oath, which is to bear witness that there is no deity except Allah.
