[Machine] I heard Ibn Abbas saying, "Your Prophet ﷺ was commanded to perform fifty prayers. He then asked his Lord, and He made it five prayers."  

أحمد:٢٨٩٠حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُصْمٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ أُمِرَ نَبِيُّكُمْ ﷺ بِخَمْسِينَ صَلاةً فَسَأَلَ رَبَّهُ فَجَعَلَهَا خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ

أُمِرَ نَبِيُّكُمْ ﷺ بِخَمْسِينَ صَلاَةً فَنَازَلَ رَبَّكُمْ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهَا خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ
