[Machine] I was asked, "What did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do in his house?" She said, "He was a human among humans; he would patch his garment, milk his sheep, and serve himself."

أحمد:٢٦١٩٤ – حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

سُئِلْتُ مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَعْمَلُ فِي بَيْتِهِ؟ قَالَتْ كَانَ بَشَرًا مِنَ الْبَشَرِ يَفْلِي ثَوْبَهُ وَيَحْلُبُ شَاتَهُ وَيَخْدُمُ نَفْسَهُ

ذِكْرُ مَا يُسْتَحَبُّ لِلْمَرْءِ أَنْ لَا يَأْنَفَ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ الْمُسْتَحْقَرِ فِي بَيْتِهِ بِنَفْسِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ عَظِيمًا فِي أَعْيُنِ الْبَشَرِ

ibnhibban:5675 – Ibn Qutaybah > Ḥarmalah b. Yaḥyá > Ibn Wahb > Muʿāwiyah b. Ṣāliḥ > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > ʿAmrah > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] She was asked about the Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ actions in his home. She said, "He was nothing but a human among humans. He used to mend his garment, milk his sheep, and serve himself."

أَنَّهَا سُئِلَتْ مَا كَانَ عَمَلُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي بَيْتِهِ؟ قَالَتْ «مَا كَانَ إِلَّا بَشَرًا مِنَ الْبَشَرِ كَانَ يَفْلِي ثَوْبَهُ وَيَحْلِبُ شَاتَهُ وَيَخْدُمُ نَفْسَهُ»
