[Machine] He informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote it and mentioned him.  

أحمد:٢٣٧١ – حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ فَذَكَرَهُ
