[Machine] The swords of the Muslims disagreed over Abu Hudhayfah on the day of Uhud, and they did not recognize him, so they killed him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ wanted to avenge him, but Hudhayfah pardoned his blood money for the sake of the Muslims.  

أحمد:٢٣٦٣٩حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ قَالَ

اخْتَلَفَتْ سُيُوفُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى الْيَمَانِ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَلَا يَعْرِفُونَهُ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَأَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺأَنْ يَدِيَهُ فَتَصَدَّقَ حُذَيْفَةُ بِدِيَتِهِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ
