ahmad:23207 – Ḥasan > Zuhayr > Abū al-Zubayr > ʿAmr b. Shuʿayb from his father

[Machine] From some of the companions of the Prophet, may ﷺ , it is narrated that the Messenger of Allah, may ﷺ , personally slaughtered a sheep for Sa'd or Sa'd ibn Zurarah. Then he said, "I do not feel any hesitation or discomfort in myself towards Sa'd or Sa'd ibn Zurarah."  

أحمد:٢٣٢٠٧ – حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كَوَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سَعْدًا أَوْ أَسْعَدَ بْنَ زُرَارَةَ فِي حَلْقِهِ مِنَ الذُّبْحَةِ وَقَالَ لَا أَدَعُ فِي نَفْسِي حَرَجًا مِنْ سَعْدٍ أَوْ أَسْعَدَ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ

[Machine] On the authority of some of the companions of the Prophet, ﷺ , it was said that the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , praised Sa'd or As'ad Ibn Zurara for his generosity and said, "I do not feel any hesitation or discomfort in my soul because of Sa'd or As'ad Ibn Zurara."
