Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone of you enters a mosque, he should pray two rakʿat before sitting." (Using translation from Bukhārī 444)  

أحمد:٢٢٥٩٤ – حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عُثَمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ سَمِعَ عَامِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُالْمَسْجِدَ فَلْيَرْكَعْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ وَقَالَ أَبِي وَحَدَّثَنَا مُرَّةُ فَقَالَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

ibnhibban:2497 – al-Faḍl > al-Qaʿnabī > Mālik > ʿĀmir b. ʿAbdullāh b. al-Zubayr > ʿAmr b. Sulaym al-Zuraqī > Abū Qatādah al-Sulamī

Abu Qatadah reported the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) as saying; when any one of you enters the mosque, he should pray two RAKAHS before sitting down. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 467)

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ السُّلَمِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلْيُصَلِّ سَجْدَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ»
