The Prophet ﷺ said, "If Allah loves ˹His˺ servant, He calls Jibrīl saying, 'Allah loves so and-so; O Jibrīl! Love him.' Jibrīl would love him and make an announcement amongst the inhabitants of the sky. 'Allah loves so-and-so, therefore you should also love him,' and so all the inhabitants of the sky would love him, and then he is granted the approval of the people on the earth."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ الْعَبْدَ نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحْبِبْهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ فَيُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ يُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي الأَرْضِ.»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel saying: 'Allah loves so and so; O Gabriel, love him.' Gabriel would love him, and then Gabriel would make an announcement among the residents of the Heaven, 'Allah loves so-and-so, therefore, you should love him also.' So, all the residents of the Heavens would love him and then he is granted the pleasure of the people of the earth."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ عَبْدًا نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبَّهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ فَيُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ يُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When Allah ﷻ loves a servant, He calls Jibril: 'Allah has loved so-and-so, so love him.' So Jibril loves him. Then Jibril calls out in the heaven: 'Allah has loved so-and-so, so love him.' So the inhabitants of the heaven love him, and acceptance is placed for him among the people of the earth."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْدًا نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبَّهُ، فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ، ثُمَّ يُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي السَّمَاءِ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ، فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ، وَيُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, when Allah loves a servant, He says to Gabriel: 'Verily, I love so-and-so, so you should love him.' Then Gabriel proclaims to the inhabitants of heaven: 'Verily, your Lord loves so-and-so, so you should love him.' So the inhabitants of heaven love him, and acceptance for him is placed on earth. And when Allah hates a servant, similar to that happens."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللهَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْدًا قَالَ لِجِبْرِيلَ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبَّهُ قَالَ فَيَقُولُ جِبْرِيلُ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ يُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ قَالَ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ قَالَ وَيُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالَ وَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said, "When Allah loves a servant, he calls Gabriel and says, 'Verily, I have loved so-and-so, so love him.' Then Gabriel loves him, and thereafter an announcement is made in the heavens, 'Verily, Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.' So the inhabitants of the heavens love him, and then acceptance is placed for him on earth. And when Allah hates a servant, he calls Gabriel and says, 'Verily, I have hated so-and-so, so hate him.' Then Gabriel hates him, and thereafter an announcement is made in the heavens, 'Verily, Allah hates so-and-so, so hate him.' So the inhabitants of the heavens hate him, and his hatred is placed on earth."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللهُ عَبْدًا دَعَا جِبْرِيلَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبَّهُ قَالَ فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ قَالَ ثُمَّ يُنَادِي فِي السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ قَالَ فَيُحِبُّونَهُ قَالَ ثُمَّ يَضَعُ اللهُ لَهُ الْقَبُولَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللهُ الْعَبْدَ نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ ثُمَّ يُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ يُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, fate comes from Allah. He said, 'O partner, it is love and fame from the sky. So when Allah loves a servant, He says to Gabriel, 'I love so-and-so, so love him.' Then Gabriel announces, 'Indeed, Allah has loved so-and-so, therefore love him.' So the people on Earth love him as well. And when Allah dislikes a servant, He says to Gabriel, 'I dislike so-and-so, so dislike him.' Then Gabriel announces, 'Indeed, your Lord dislikes so-and-so, therefore dislike him.' So the people on Earth dislike him as well."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الْمِقَةَ مِنَ اللهِ قَالَ شَرِيكٌ هِيَ الْمَحَبَّةُ وَالصِّيتُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَإِذَا أَحَبَّ اللهُ عَبْدًا قَالَ لِجِبْرِيلَ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَيُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ إِنَّ اللهَيَمِقُ يَعْنِي يُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ أَرَى شَرِيكًا قَدْ قَالَ فَيُنْزِلُ لَهُ الْمَحَبَّةَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ عَبْدًا قَالَ لِجِبْرِيلَ إِنِّي أُبْغِضُ فُلَانًا فَأَبْغِضْهُ قَالَ فَيُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ يُبْغِضُ فُلَانًا فَأَبْغِضُوهُ قَالَ أَرَى شَرِيكًا قَدْ قَالَ فَيَجْرِي لَهُ الْبُغْضُ فِي الْأَرْضِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih from his father from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If Allah loves a slave, he says to Jibril, 'I love so-and-so, so love him,' so Jibril loves him and then calls out to the people of heaven, 'Allah loves so-and-so, so love him,' and the people of heaven love him, and then acceptance is placed in the Earth for him." When Allah is angry with a slave, Malik said, "I consider that he says the like of that about His anger."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ الْعَبْدَ قَالَ لِجِبْرِيلَ قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبَّهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ ثُمَّ يُنَادِي فِي أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ يُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي الأَرْضِ وَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ اللَّهُ الْعَبْدَ قَالَ مَالِكٌ لاَ أَحْسِبُهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْبُغْضِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whenever Allah loves a servant, He calls upon Jibril (Gabriel) and says, 'Indeed, I have loved so-and-so, so you should love him.' Then Jibril announces to the inhabitants of the heavens, 'Indeed, Allah loves so-and-so, so you should love him.' Consequently, the dwellers of the heavens love him. Then acceptance is placed for him on earth. When Allah despises a servant, He says the same."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ اللَّهَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْدًا نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ إِنِّي قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبَّهُ قَالَ فَيَقُولُ جِبْرِيلُ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ قَالَ وَيُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ عَبْدًا فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ»

[AI] From the Prophet of Allahﷺ he said, "When Allah loves a servant, He would say to Gabriel, 'I love so-and-so, so love him.' Then Gabriel would love him, and then call out in the heavens saying, 'Indeed, Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.' Then the inhabitants of the heavens would also love him. And then acceptance would be placed for him on earth. And when Allah dislikes a servant, Malik (the angel responsible for Hellfire) would say, 'I do not find him except that he has said the same.'

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ الْعَبْدَ قَالَ لِجِبْرِيلَ قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبَّهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ ثُمَّ يُنَادِي فِي أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ يُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ اللَّهُ الْعَبْدَ قَالَ مَالِكٌ لَا أَحْسِبُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ فِي الْبُغْضِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

عَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ قال إن الله إذا أحب عَبدا أَحسَبُهُ قال نادى جبريل أَحسَبُهُ قال في السماء إن الله أحب فلانا فأحبوه ثُمَّ ينزل له القبول في الأرض

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ إذا أحب الله عَبدا نادى جبريل إن الله قد أحب فلانا فأحبه فيحبه جبريل ثُمَّ ينادي في أهل السماء أن الله قد أحب فلانا فأحبوه فيحبه أهل السماء ثُمَّ يوضع له القبول في الأرض

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Provision comes from Allah, and reputation is in the heavens. So when Allah loves a servant, He says, 'O Gabriel, indeed your Lord loves so-and-so, so love him.' Then Gabriel announces in the heavens, 'Indeed, your Lord loves so-and-so, so love him.' Then love for him is instilled in the hearts of the people on Earth."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمِقَةُ مِنَ اللهِ وَالصَّيتُ فِي السَّمَاءِ فَإِذَا أَحَبَّ اللهُ عَبْدًا قَالَ يَا جِبْرِيلُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبَّهُ قَالَ فَيُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ يُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ قَالَ فَيُنْزِلُ لَهُ الْمِقَةَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ

"إذا أحبَّ الله ﷻ عبدًا نادى جبريلَ: إن الله يحبُّ فلانًا فأحببه، فيحبُّه جبريلُ، فينادى جبريلُ في أهل السماءِ: إن الله يحبُّ فلانًا فأحبوه، فيحبُّه أهلُ السماءِ، ثمَّ يوضَعُ له القَبولُ في الأرضِ".

"المِقَةُ من اللهِ، وَالصِّيتُ في السمَاءِ، فإذا أَحَب الله عَبدًا قال: يَا جبريل، إِنَّ رَبكَ يحب فَلانًا فَأحِبهَ، فَيُنَادى جِبْريل في السماءِ، إِنَّ ربَكم يحب فُلَانًا فأَحِبُّوه، فَيحبه أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ، وَيُنزل لَهُ المحَبَّةً في الأَرْضِ، وإِذَا أَبْغَضَ عَبْدًا قال: لجبْريل إِنِّي أَبغَضُ فُلَانًا فَأَبْغضه، فَينُادِى جِبريلُ: إِنَّ رَبَّكُم ﷻ يُبغض فُلَانًا فأَبْغضوه فَيجْرِى لَهُ البُغْض فِي الأَرض".
