"The Messenger of Allah enter Ihram for 'Umrah and his companions enter Ihrahm for Hajj. He told those who did not have a Hadi with them to exit Ihram. Among those who did not have a Hadi with them was Tallah bin 'Ubaidullah and another man, so they exited Ihram." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2814)   

أحمد:٢١٤١ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَرَوْحٌ قَالا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ رَوْحٌ سَمِعْتُ مُسْلِمًا الْقُرِّيَّ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْقُرِّيِّ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْعُمْرَةِ وَأَهَلَّ أَصْحَابُهُ بِالْحَجِّ قَالَ رَوْحٌ أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابُهُ بِالْحَجِّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ أَحَلَّ وَكَانَ مِمَّنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ طَلْحَةُ وَرَجُلٌ آخَرُ فَأَحَلا
