[Machine] Narrated by Sahl bin Saad Al-Ansari, who reached the Prophet ﷺ when he was fifteen years old, he said: "Ubayy bin Ka'ab told me that the fatwa they used to give regarding their saying 'water from water is permissible' was the most lenient ruling that was issued in the early days of Islam. Then we were commanded to perform ablution after it."
