[Machine] I was sitting in a gathering where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Abu Samurah were sitting in front of me. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, bad language and obscenity have no place in Islam, and the best of the people in Islam are those with the best manners." Ibn Abi Shaybah mentioned in his narration that Zakariya bin Abi Yahya narrated from Imran bin Riyaah.  

أحمد:٢٠٩٤٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَيُوسُفُ الصَّفَّارُ مَوْلَى بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ سِيَاهٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ رِيَاحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُمَارَةَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

كُنْتُ جَالِسًا فِي مَجْلِسٍ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبِي سَمُرَةَ جَالِسٌ أَمَامِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الْفُحْشَ وَالتَّفَحُّشَ لَيْسَا مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ فِي شَيْءٍ وَإِنَّ خَيْرَ النَّاسِ إِسْلَامًا أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ رِيَاحٍ

I was in a gathering with the Prophet ﷺ and Abū Samurah was in front of me. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, obscenity and vulgarity are not part of Islam. Verily, the best people in Islam are those with the best character."  

أحمد:٢٠٨٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ سِيَاهٍ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ رَيَّاحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

كُنْتُ فِي مَجْلِسٍ فِيهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَالَ وَأَبِي سَمُرَةُ جَالِسٌ أَمَامِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ الْفُحْشَ وَالتَّفَحُّشَ لَيْسَا مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَإِنَّ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ إِسْلَامًا أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا.»  

عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ

الطبراني:٢٠٧٢ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَا ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَمُّ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ سِيَاهٍ حَدَّثَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
