[Machine] The son of Numeir pulled his hand away from him and his two fingers fell off, so he pulled them back and his fingers were detached. This was then brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so he nullified it and said, "You wanted to bite the flesh of your brother as a stallion bites."  

أحمد:١٩٨٤٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَا ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ وَيَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا عَضَّ رَجُلًا عَلَى ذِرَاعِهِ قَالَ

ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ فَنَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْهُ فَسَقَطَتْ ثَنِيَّتَاهُ فَجَذَبَهَا فَانْتَزَعَتْ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَبْطَلَهَا وَقَالَ أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تَقْضَمَ لَحْمَ أَخِيكَ كَمَا يَقْضَمُ الْفَحْلُ

أَنَّ أَجِيرًا لِيَعْلَى ابْنِ مُنْيَةَ عَضَّ رَجُلٌ ذِرَاعَهُ فَجَذَبَهَا فَسَقَطَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ فَرُفِعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَبْطَلَهَا وَقَالَ أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تَقْضَمَهَا كَمَا يَقْضَمُ الْفَحْلُ  

nasai:4759 – ʿAmr b. ʿAlī > Yazīd > Saʿīd b. Abū ʿArūbah > Qatādah > Zurārah b. Awfá > ʿImrān b. Ḥuṣayn

he pulled it away and a front tooth fell out. The matter was referred to the Messenger of Allah and he canceled (the Diyah) and said: "Did you want to bite your brother's flesh as a stallion bites?"  

النسائي:٤٧٥٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ
