[AI] The Prophet ﷺ was approached by a man who said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about a person who loves a certain group of people but is unable to join them?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "A person will be with those whom he loves."
أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا أَحَبَّ قَوْمًا وَلَمَّا يَلْحَقْ بِهِمْ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ
What is your opinion about the person who loves the people but his (acts or deeds are not identical to theirs)? Thereupon Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: A person would be along with one whom he loves.
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ تَرَى فِي رَجُلٍ أَحَبَّ قَوْمًا وَلَمَّا يَلْحَقْ بِهِمْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ
قَالَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا أَحَبَّ قَوْمًا وَلَمَّا يَلْحَقْ بِهِمْ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا أَحَبَّ قَوْمًا وَلَمَّا يَلْحَقْ بِهِمْ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ رَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ
