[Machine] That Fadl ibn Abbas used to be close to the Prophet ﷺ and he would throw the pebbles on the day of sacrifice.

أَنَّ الْفَضْلَ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ كَانَ رَدِيفَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَكَانَ يُلَبِّي يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ

he was riding behind the Prophet and he continued to recite the Talbiyah until he stoned the Jamrat. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3055)   

أحمد:١٨٠٧ – حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ رَدِيفَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَكَانَ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ  

ahmad:1809 – Hāshim b. al-Qāsim > Shuʿbah

[Machine] He used to be a companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he continued to do so until he threw the pebbles on the day of sacrifice.
