[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ started with the stone and circled it until he returned to it three times, and then walked four times.  

أحمد:١٤٦٦١حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَدَأَ بِالْحَجَرِ فَرَمَلَ حَتَّى عَادَ إِلَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا وَمَشَى أَرْبَعًا

darimi:1884ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar b. Abān > ʿAbdullāh b. al-Mubārak > ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmar > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

Nafi' reported on the authority of Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) that Messenger of Allah ﷺ walked swiftly from stone to stone in three circuits and walked (normally) in four. (Using translation from Muslim 1262a)  

الدارمي:١٨٨٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَنْبَأَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«رَمَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنَ الْحَجَرِ إِلَى الْحَجَرِ ثَلَاثًا وَمَشَى أَرْبَعًا»
