[Machine] Abu Bakr used to be the companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ between Mecca and Medina. Abu Bakr used to travel to Sham (Syria), and he was known while the Prophet ﷺ was not known. So they used to say, "O Abu Bakr, who is this boy beside you?" He said, "He guides me on my way." When they approached Medina, they camped at al-Harra and sent to the Ansar (residents of Medina). They came, and they said, "Raise your head, obedient people." He said, "I saw him the day he entered Medina, and I have never seen a better or more radiant day than the day he entered upon us. And I witnessed him the day he died, and I have never seen a worse or darker day than the day he died." ﷺ
