The man did so, but it only made his nephew's condition worse. He went back to the Prophet ﷺ three times, and on the third time, the Prophet ﷺ told him to give his nephew honey to drink, saying that Allah has spoken the truth and his nephew's stomach has lied. The man gave his nephew honey to drink again, and Allah cured him.
