[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Knowledge will be taken away, turmoil will appear, and there will be much dispute." It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is turmoil?" He said, "By His hand, it means killing."

(When) the time would draw close to the Last Hour, knowledge would be snatched away, turmoil would be rampant, miserliness would be put (in the hearts of the people) and therewould be much bloodshed. They said: What is al-harj? Thereupon he said: It is bloodshed.

“Time will pass quickly, knowledge will decrease, miserliness will be cast into people’s hearts, tribulations will appear and there will be much Harj.” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, what is Harj?” He said: “Killing.”

[Machine] Abu Al-Qasim ﷺ said, "The Hour will not take place until knowledge is taken away, and trials become widespread, and there is much killing." They asked, "What is 'killing,' O Prophet of Allah?" He replied, "It is murder."

"I do not know how many times I saw Abu Huraira standing in the market saying, 'Knowledge will be taken away, turmoil will appear, and arguments will increase.' It was asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, what is turmoil?' He replied, by indicating with his hand, 'It is like this,' and he twisted his fingers."

He was asked: Messenger of Allah! what is it: He replied: Slaughter, slaughter. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4255)
