ahmad-zuhd:909ʿAbdullāh from my father > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Mahdī > Sufyān > al-Aʿmash > Abū al-Ḍuḥá > Man

[Machine] Aisha (may Allah have mercy on her) heard the verse: "So blessed is Allah, the best of all providers" [Al-Tur 27]. So she said, "O Lord! Bestow Your blessings upon me and protect me from the punishment of poisonous things."  

الزهد لأحمد:٩٠٩حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ

سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ رَحِمَهَا اللَّهُ {فَمَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَانَا عَذَابَ السَّمُومِ} [الطور 27] فَتَقُولُ رَبِّ مُنَّ عَلَيَّ وَقِنِي عَذَابَ السَّمُومِ
