[Machine] Umar, may Allah have mercy on him, said, "I do not eat anything that is unnourished, for I have seen the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , not eating anything unnourished."  

الزهد لأحمد:٦٤٩حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ

قَالَ عُمَرُ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ «لَا يُنْخَلُ لِي دَقِيقٌ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْكُلُ غَيْرَ مَنْخُولٍ»
