الزهد لأحمد:٣٢٧حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أبِي حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زِيَادًا أَبَا عُمَرَ يَقُولُ بَلَغَنِي

أَنَّ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ قَالَ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِنَافِعِكَ أَنْ تَعْلَمَ مَا لَمْ تَعْلَمْ وَلَمَّا تَعْمَلْ بِمَا قَدْ عَلِمْتَ؛ إِنَّ كَثْرَةَ الْعِلْمِ لَا تَزِيدُ إِلَّا كِبْرًا إِذَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ
