ahmad-zuhd:1250ʿAbdullāh from my father > Muḥammad b. Abū ʿAdī > Ḥumayd > Muwarriq al-ʿIjlī > a neighboriyah b. Qudāmah

[Machine] He said, "No one comes to this mosque, meaning the sacred house, except to pray in it and returns as the day his mother gave birth to him from sins." Amar said, "The man sitting with you, meaning Ka'b?" He said, "Yes, Ka'b. The night is not like a day, and the day is not like a night. And indeed, it was not like that. An umrah is better than two acts of sanctification, and a hajj is better than two umrahs. And there is no servant who stands during the night, performs ablution well and prays two rak'ahs and seeks forgiveness from Allah, except that he will be forgiven."
