'Alqama ibn Wa'il reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you should say 'kurm.' Rather use 'habala' for grape-vines."

الأدب المفرد:٧٩٥ – حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمُ الْكَرْمَ وَقُولُوا الْحَبَلَةَ يَعْنِي الْعِنَبَ
