When the Prophet ﷺ came out of the privy, he used to say: "Grant me Thy forgiveness."  

أبو داود:٣٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّاقِدُ حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ

عَنْ أَبِيهِ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ قَالَ غُفْرَانَكَ

darimi:707 – Mālik b. Ismāʿīl > Isrāʾīl > Yūsuf b. Abū Burdah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

"When the Prophet would exit the toilet he would say: 'Ghufranak.'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 7)
