On the authority of his father: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the herdsmen of the camel to lapidate the the jamrahs one day and omit one day.  

أبو داود:١٩٧٦حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَمُحَمَّدِ ابْنَىْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَخَّصَ لِلرِّعَاءِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمًا وَيَدَعُوا يَوْمًا

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ permitted his companions to throw stones one day and to abstain from it another day. Ibn Uyaynah mentioned this and likewise Rouh bin Al-Qasim narrated it from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr, as if they are both attributing it to Abu Al-Baddah, the grandfather, and his father Asim bin Adi.
