الطبراني:٩٦٣٧حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ وَبَرَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ قَالَ آلَى مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ عَشَرَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَسَأَلَ عَنْهَا ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

«إِنْ مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَهُوَ إِيلَاءٌ»
