[Machine] It means: "It is narrated that he (referring to the Prophet Muhammad) used to stand up from his seat or turn towards the east or west when greeting someone."  

الطبراني:٩٣٣٨حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

أَنَّهُ «كَانَ إِذَا سَلَّمَ قَامَ عَنْ مَجْلِسِهِ أَوِ انْحَرَفَ مُشَرِّقًا أَوْ مُغَرِّبًا»
