الطبراني:٩١٩٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ قَالَ صَلَّى عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فِي بَعْضِ مَسَاجِدِ بَنِي أَسَدٍ الْفَجْرَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ إِمَامُهُمْ أَطْوَلَ سُورَتَيْنِ فِي الْمُفَصَّلِ عَلَى تَأْلِيفِ عَبْدِ اللهِ فَلَمَّا قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ

«أَلَا أَرَاكَ شَابًّا تَقْرَأُ بِهَاتَيْنِ السُّورَتَيْنِ فِي هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةِ وَأَنْتَ شَابٌّ»
