tabarani:8331Sahl b. Mūsá al-Rāmahurmuzī

[Machine] Uthman ibn Abi Al-Aas had a house that he dedicated for gatherings, so we used to go to him there. And he would say, "There is an hour for this world and an hour for the Hereafter, and Allah knows best which of the two hours prevails."  

الطبراني:٨٣٣١حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّامَهُرْمُزِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي صَفْوَانَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْخَزَّازُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

كَانَ لِعُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ بَيْتٌ قَدْ أَخْلَاهُ لِلْحَدِيثِ فَكُنَّا نَأْتِيهِ فِيهِ وَكَانَ يَقُولُ «سَاعَةٌ لِلدُّنْيَا وَسَاعَةٌ لِلْآخِرَةِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ أَيُّ السَّاعَتَيْنِ تَغْلِبُ»
