[Machine] Abu Darda, Abu Umamah, Wathilah ibn al-Asqa', and Anas ibn Malik narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us one day while we were discussing a matter of the religion. He became extremely angry, unlike any anger we had seen from him before. Then, he calmed down and said, "Hold on, O Ummah of Muhammad. Those who came before you were destroyed because of their excessive disputes and arguments over trivial matters."
