يَعْلَى بْنُ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

[Machine] He hears from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the matter that involves difficulty, then he goes to his desert. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ permits him in that matter. So, he is protected by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in that matter. Abu Dhar doesn't hear the permission, so he takes the first order he heard before that.  

الطبراني:٧١٦٦حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ «§كَانَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ

يَسْمَعُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْأَمْرَ فِيهِ الشِّدَّةُ ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى بَادِيَتِهِ ثُمَّ يُرَخِّصُ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَعْدُ فَيُحْفَظُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي ذَلِكَ الْأَمْرِ الرُّخْصَةُ فَلَا يَسْمَعُهَا أَبُو ذَرٍّ فَيَأْخُذُ أَبُو ذَرٍّ بِالْأَمْرِ الْأَوَّلِ الَّذِي سَمِعَ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ»
