[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to command us, when we were in prayer and lifted our heads from prostration, to sit calmly on the ground and not dart off on our toes.  

الطبراني:٧٠٢٠حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا دُحَيْمٌ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا كُنَّا فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَرَفَعْنَا مِنْ رُءُوسِنَا مِنَ السُّجُودِ أَنْ نَطْمَئِنَّ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ جُلُوسًا وَلَا نَسْتَوْفِزَ عَلَى أَطْرَافِ الْأَقْدَامِ»
