[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to prolong the recitation in the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and he used to move his lips. I have learned that he only moved his lips for the recitation."  

الطبراني:٤٨٨٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُطَوِّلُ الْقِرَاءَةَ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَيُحَرِّكُ شَفَتَيْهِ وَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ إِنَّمَا يُحَرِّكُ الشَّفَتَيْنِ لِلْقِرَاءَةِ»
