عَمْرُو بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ

[Machine] Zaid bin Thabit said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not give rulings except in three types of cases: those concerning inheritances, transfers and clarifications. In cases concerning inheritances, he ruled on thirty-three issues, in transfers he ruled on fifteen issues, and in clarifications, he ruled on five issues. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ also ruled that the price of an animal should be one-fourth of its value."  

الطبراني:٤٨٧٨حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَسَنٍ الْعَطَّارُ ثنا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ بْنُ يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزِّنَادِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ قَالَ

زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ «لَمْ يَقْضِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَ قَضِيَّاتٍ فِي الْآمَّةِ وَالْمُنَقِّلَةِ وَالْمُوضِحَةِ فِي الْآمَّةِ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَفِي الْمُنَقِّلَةِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسًا وَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي عَيْنِ الدَّابَّةِ رُبُعَ ثَمَنِهَا»
