الطبراني:٤٠٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَارُودِ مَسْعُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الصُّوفِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ زُهْرَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «كَانَ إِذَا دَعَا بَدَأَ بِنَفْسِهِ»

whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would mention someone and supplicate for him, he would begin with himself ﷺ.  

الترمذي:٣٣٨٥ – حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْكُوفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا ذَكَرَ أَحَدًا فَدَعَا لَهُ بَدَأَ بِنَفْسِهِ
