[Machine] Hamal Ibn Malik delivered a message from Imran Ibn Uwaimir to me regarding the intelligence of his wife. So they both went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, "Intelligence is in ties of relation, and in the fetus, a freeman or a slave."  

الطبراني:٣٤٨٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الزُّهْرِيِّ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا زِيَادُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ الْهُذَلِيُّ عَنْ حَمَلِ بْنِ النَّابِغَةِ أَنَّهُ كَانَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ لِحْيَانِيَّةُ وَمُعَاوِيَّةٌ مِنْ بَنِي مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَأَنَّهُمَا اجْتَمَعَتَا فَتَغَايَرَتَا فَرَفَعَتِ الْمُعَاوِيَّةُ حَجَرًا فَرَمَتْ بِهِ اللِّحْيَانِيَّةَ وَهِي حُبْلَى وَقَدْ بَلَغَتْ فَقَتَلَتْهَا فَأَلْقَتْ غُلَامًا فَقَالَ

حَمَلُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ لِعِمْرَانَ بْنِ عُوَيْمِرٍ أَدِّ إِلَيَّ عَقْلَ امْرَأَتِي فَارْتَفَعَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «الْعَقْلُ عَلَى الْعَصَبَةِ وَفِي السِّقْطِ غُرَّةٌ عَبْدٌ أَوْ أَمَةٌ»
