[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform night prayers after his sleep, and he used to seek permission before performing them.  

الطبراني:٣٢١٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْمَازِنِيِّ قَالَ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَتَهَجَّدُ بَعْدَ نَوْمِهِ وَكَانَ يَسْتَنُّ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَهَجَّدَ»
