[Machine] "To name after my father Harb, when Al-Hasan was born, I named him Harb. Then the Prophet ﷺ came and asked, "What did you name him?" I said, "I named him Harb." He said, "His name is Al-Hasan."  

الطبراني:٢٧٧٥حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَجَلِيُّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ هَانِي بْنِ هَانِي عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ كُنْتُ أُحِبُّ

أَنْ أَكْتَنِيَ بِأَبِي حَرْبٍ فَلَمَّا وُلِدَ الْحَسَنُ سَمَّيْتُهُ حَرْبًا فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مَا سَمَّيْتُمْ؟» فَقُلْتُ سَمَّيْتُهُ حَرْبًا فَقَالَ «هُوَ الْحَسَنُ»
