[Machine] The Messenger of Marwan, who was sent to Umm Maqil, informed me that she said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am an old woman and I have become sick. Is there any action that can make up for my inability to perform Hajj?" He said, "Perform Umrah in Ramadan, it will make up for you."  

الطبراني:٢١٩٢٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ

أَخْبَرَنِي رَسُولُ مَرْوَانَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ إِلَى أُمِّ مَعْقِلٍ قَالَ فَقَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ قَدْ كَبِرْتُ وَقَدْ سَقِمْتُ فَهَلْ عَمَلٌ يُجْزِئُ عَنِّي مِنْ حَجَّتِي؟ فَقَالَ «عُمْرَةٌ فِي رَمَضَانَ تُجْزِئُ عَنْكِ»
