[Machine] On the authority of Badaam Abu Salih, the servant of Umm Hani' that Umm Hani' said, "I asked the Prophet ﷺ about this verse: 'And you are being intimate with the corrupt in your gatherings' (Quran 26:224). He said, 'They used to sit on the path and ridicule the travelers and make fun of them.'"  

الطبراني:٢١٤٦٦حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ قَالَا ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ثنا أَبُو يُونُسَ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ ثنا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ

عَنْ بَاذَامَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى أُمِّ هَانِئٍ أَنَّ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ قَالَتْ سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ {وَتَأْتُونَ فِي نَادِيكُمُ الْمُنْكَرَ} قَالَ «كَانُوا يَجْلِسُونَ فِي الطَّرِيقِ فَيَحْذِفُونَ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنْهُمْ»
