[Machine] She asked the Prophet ﷺ and said, "My husband divorced me and did not provide for me with financial support or housing." The Prophet ﷺ said to her, "Indeed, your husband does not have to take you back; rather, housing and financial support are the obligations of the husband to the wife who he takes back."  

الطبراني:٢١٤٠٣حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ

أَنَّهَا سَأَلْتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي وَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لِي نَفَقَةً وَلَا سُكْنَى فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «إِنَّ زَوْجَكِ لَا يُرَاجِعُكِ إِنَّمَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ لِلَّتِي يُرَاجِعُهَا زَوْجُهَا»
