[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi reported from Malik from his slave, Rabeeh bin Sa'id, who reported from Abu Bakr bin Abdul Rahman, who reported from Aisha and Umm Salamah, that they said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of Janabah (sexual impurity) without having had any wet dream, and then he would observe fasting.

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ غَيْرِ احْتِلَامٍ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ»
