مَنْ يُكَنَّى أَبَا يَزِيدَ أَبُو يَزِيدَ غَيْرُ مَنْسُوبٍ وَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ الرُّوَاةُ فَقَالُوا ابْنُ يَزِيدَ وَالصَّوَابُ ابْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A seller should not sell to someone who has already made a purchase. Let people deal with each other. And when a man seeks advice from his brother, he should advise him." This is what Mansur ibn Abi Aswad narrated from Hakim ibn Abi Yazid. And it was added in the narration about this hadith that a seller should not sell to someone who has already made a purchase.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ دَعُوا النَّاسَ فَلْيُصِبْ بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ وَإِذَا اسْتَنْصَحَ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ فَلْيَنْصَحْهُ» هَكَذَا قَالَ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ وَزَادَ عَلَى رِوَايَةِ النَّاسِ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ
