[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On the first day of the sacrifice, there is a prayer and then the sacrifice after the prayer." So I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have slaughtered before I prayed, and I have a pregnant goat that is more beloved to me than two sheep. Should I sacrifice it?" He said, "Yes, and it will not fulfill the obligation of anyone after you."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «فِي أَوَّلِ نُسُكِ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ لِيَوْمِ النَّحْرِ صَلَاةٌ ثُمَّ النَّحْرُ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ» فَمَشَيْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ وَعِنْدِي عَتَاقٌ ابْنُ جَذَعَةَ هِيَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ لَحْمِ شَاتَيْنِ أَفَأَذْبَحُهَا؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَلَا تَفِي عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ»
