[Machine] I saw the Prophet ﷺ and his companions in the winter, and I saw them wearing Baranis and Aksiyahs, and their hands were in them, raising them up to their noses or chests.  

الطبراني:١٨٣٩٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا عَمَّارُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ قَالَ

رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابَهُ فِي الشِّتَاءِ فَرَأَيْتُهُمْ فِي الْبَرَانِسِ وَالْأَكْسِيَةِ وَأَيْدِيهُمْ فِيهَا يَرْفَعُونَها إِلَى نُحُورِهِمْ أَوْ قَالَ إِلَى صُدُورِهِمْ
