[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ said, 'No one fills a container worse than their stomach. If their desires overpower them, then let them leave one-third for their stomach.'"  

الطبراني:١٧٨٦٠حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا حَسَّانُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ حَرِيزِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا مَلَأَ أَحَدٌ وِعَاءً شَرًّا مِنْ بَطْنٍ فَإِنْ غَلَبَتْهُ نَفْسُهُ فَلْيَدَعْ ثُلُثَا لِنَفْسِهِ»
