[Machine] A man from Ghaafiq had a debt of one hundred dinars to a man from Mahrah during the time of Uthman. They acquired a good wealth and Al-Mahri said, "I will quickly give you seventy dinars for you to forgive me of the one hundred." The one hundred dinars were a result of a dispute, and the Ghaafiqi agreed to it. Then Al-Miqdad passed by them and took hold of his camel's reins to bear witness. When he finished telling them the story, he said, "Both of you have been granted permission for war from Allah and His Messenger."
