[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ prohibited excessive actions. Isa narrated from Ru'h bin 'Ubada from Al-Awza'i who said, "Excessiveness refers to the difficulty and severity of matters."  

الطبراني:١٧٠٠٣حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ الصُّنَابِحِيّ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ الْغُلُوطَاتِ» قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ وَثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ «وَالْغُلُوطَاتُ صُعَابِ الْمَسَائِلِ وَشِدَادُهَا»

[Machine] A man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited excessive speech. Al-Awza'i said: "Excessive speech refers to going beyond the limits in matters and their branches"
