عَلِيُّ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ اللَّخْمِيُّ، عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ
[Machine] About Fadalah bin 'Ubayd, they were with the Prophet ﷺ in a battle during which they acquired a necklace containing gold and precious stones. They sold it for dinars. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not sell it like that." He forbade them from doing so and said, "The precious stones should be sold separately and the gold should be sold separately."
عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي غَزَاةٍ لَهُمْ فَأَصَابُوا قِلَادَةً فِيهَا ذَهَبٌ وَجَوْهَرٌ فَبَاعُوهَا بِدَنَانِيرَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا تَبِيعُوا كَذَا» وَنَهَاهُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ «الْجَوْهَرُ عَلَى حِدَةٍ وَالذَّهَبُ عَلَى حِدَةٍ»
